MINI ONLINE WORKSHOPS
November - December 2022

In the mini online workshop series about the Feelings and Needs of You(th) participants got a new understanding about communication; communication with compassion, towards others and themselves. They discovered the four steps of Nonviolent Communication: observation, feeling, need and request; practiced how to clearly express themselves without blaming or criticizing and how to listen empathically without hearing blame or criticism.
